Leslie Goedken has over 15 years of experience in real estate and finance, working with industry-leading firms on award-winning investments globally.
In total, Leslie has helped close over $30 billion of investments with leading real estate and healthcare companies, investment banks and investment firms.
Leslie previously served as a real estate investment banker at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, as a VP of Real Estate at Marathon Asset Management, and as a Director of M&A at Medtronic (NYSE:MDT), a global leader in healthcare.
Leslie started her career in architecture and development, and worked on over 10 million square feet of commercial projects built in NY and Asia, including luxury multifamily, office, hotels and retail.
Leslie currently serves on the Investment Committee of Blue Ivy Ventures; and on the Board of the Yale Alumni of the Northwest.
Leslie has been involved in leadership positions with numerous Autism and IDD organizations, including the National Board of the Autism Society.
Leslie received an M.B.A. from Columbia University, where she focused on real estate, value investing and private equity, and an M.Arch from Yale University.

Both he and his wife are heavily involved in Down syndrome advocacy, as well as housing and services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Most recently, Steven was the Chief Corporate Development Officer of Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. (NYSE: OHI), the nation’s largest owner of skilled nursing facilities. Prior to that role, Steven was the President & Chief Operating Officer of AVIV REIT (NYSE: AVIV), an investor in skilled nursing and senior housing real estate.
Steven is the Chair-Elect of Keshet, a Chicago-based organization that provides lifecycle services to the disabled community. Additionally, Steven is on the advisory board of LifestyleCX Company, a provider of web-based marketing solutions for senior housing providers.
Steven received an M.B.A. from Columbia University and a B.S.E. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

Allen is a founding contributor to the Dominium Foundation which contributes to important housing and social service organizations in the communities where Dominium operates.

Gerry Seizert brings over 45 years of experience in investment and partnership. Mr. Seizert is also the Founding Partner of Heron Bay Capital Management and acts as the firm’s Managing Partner. He is responsible for overseeing the firm’s operational and investment teams to coordinate services for clients.

Before the formation of Heron Bay Capital Management, Gerry was a Founding Partner of Seizert Capital Partners, an institutional investment management company, in 2000. From 1995 to 2000, Gerry served at Munder Capital Management, LLC, first as EVP, later as Co-CEO and also as Co-CIO of Equities. Previously Mr. Seizert held leadership roles with Loomis, Sayles & Co. LP.
Gerry has also served as the Trustee for the Beumont Investment Committee and as a Trustee for the University of Toledo Foundation. Mr, Seizert holds a B.A. and an M.B.A. from the University of Toledo in Finance. Mr. Seizert holds the CFA professional designation, and is also a member of the CIC.
He currently serves as a Director of the Advent/Claymore Funds. Gerry is a Partner in Three Oaks communities and has 45 years of experience with his daughter with IDD.
